My favorite green smoothie

I’m a big fan of green smoothies. It’s so easy and with every sip you feel how your spirits lift. Especially since I own this amazing Vitamix blender, I enjoy a smoothie almost every day.

Here’s a very simple recipe for a healthy and tasty green smoothie (for 1 person):

– 1 banana
– handful baby spinach leaves
– fresh ginger (as you like)
– 1 apple (including seeds)
– handful frozen raspberries
– half tea spoon Spirulina powder

Put everything in a good blender and add water (tap water or as I prefer gently sparkling water). If you’d like to be your smoothie rather viscous, don’t add too much water.
